Waste Management

TCEQ Regulations and Hazardous Waste

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) regulates wastes generated in Texas from all sources from universities, cities and industry. Regulations are in Section 30 of the Texas Administrative Code Chapters 335, 350 and 328. Unless you are a large quantity generator (LQG) of waste and work with these regulations on a daily basis, they can be confusing and easy to trip up on.

Waste Management Consultant

With more than 20 years of experience in industrial and hazardous waste management (as a consultant and as a large quantity generator), I can help municipalities, universities, and industry stay in compliance and keep a safe work environment.
